·         If there are risks in an electrical item then the manufacturer and the market surveillance authority must be made noted of this.

Strictly speaking, the law made in December 2016 only concerns electrical appliances which have been made since then but it is good to make sure all your electrical appliances are checked regularly in all your properties.
